I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk away from the lake. This made it easy for me to explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the outdoor activities. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist me. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The comfortable sitting area and in-room safe added to the enhanced comfort and convenience of my stay. The hotel also provided free toiletries and an electric kettle, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We really enjoyed the amenities and the great location with beautiful views, and the free wifi was a nice extra; we also appreciated the nearby dining options like Jp Seafood & Grill for our evening meals.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, with plenty of amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway station and popular tourist spots. the mini bar was reasonably priced, which was a nice surprise.

We encountered an issue with our credit card payment and after several attempts to contact the hotel, we still haven't received a response. This lack of communication left us feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with our overall experience.

Location is not bad and acommandation fee is fair. Room is clean but the breakfast charge 12 US is not really worthwhile.

The receptions sometime lose patiences and the business center charges a lot, expecially the printing service.

Excellent location, very close to west lake and starbucks, shopping etc. Friendly staff, stayed 3 times in last 3 weeks, got an upgrade 2 times.

Aged & dark rooms. in past 3 weeks reserved double bedrooms, but only managed to get it once. Room key cards keep in not operating... Lots of noise from the street. do not reserve a lake view room, because they are not actually lake view.

The location of the hotel is perfect - less than 2 minutes walk from the lake! The breakfast was delicious with a diverse selection of both Western and Asian styles. The staff, especially the doormen, were super nice and provided valuable insights and tips about what to do in this city.

1. I like the service of the concierge, they are very helpful and sincere. They recommend the places to visits etc. 2. The food at the Chinese restaurant is great, not as expensive as we thought.

Very nice hotel. Staff very helpful courteous and absolutely attentive. Particularly helpful staff include the staff at the reception, concierge service, bellboys, Le Paris and Chinese Restaurant and the bar lounge on the ground floor. Very courteous attentive staff include Henry, Amanda, Jerry,and Julia (Le Paris). We extended our stay by 3 more nights.

There were some signs of water leaks in the bathroom/water closet. Otherwise the hotel was just great with great staff members including Mr Zhang of business centre.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is superb, just a short walk away from the famous attractions and a convenient bus stop nearby. This made exploring the area incredibly easy and convenient.

The holiday decor was lovely and the complimentary cookies and hot cocoa were delicious! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, so it was easy to walk to shops and attractions. The gym was also a nice perk.

The bathroom was particularly cramped, and the shower lacked water pressure. Additionally, during the holiday rush, the hotel seemed understaffed and was unable to keep up with demand.

The internet service its not free while most of China hotels offre free internet

Room very poor, furniture very old and minibar was totally empty. I will say it's maximum a three star hotel.
